What Can I Expect During my Radiesse® Treatment?
Each of your Radiesse® treatments will be performed in our beautiful medical facility by Dr. Sarah Dolder or one of our other highly-trained medical team members. Before your Radiesse® treatment begins, a topical anesthetic may be applied to the treatment area, typically the lower portion of the face around the mouth and chin. Once you are numb and relaxed, a series of Radiesse® injections will carefully and strategically be made into your treatment area. The entire treatment process generally takes less than an hour to complete.
What Results Can I Expect from Radiesse®?
Radiesse® is a minimally invasive treatment that does not require any downtime or recovery period. Most patients report being able to return to their normal daily activities, including work, immediately following their appointment. While some results of your Radiesse® treatment will be visible immediately, ultimate results will appear once all swelling subsides, about five to seven days following treatment. The results of your Radiesse® treatment will continue to improve over the following year, as collagen production increases with the calcium microspheres in the Radiesse® filler gel.
